Point-and-Click Survey Builder

You’ll be guided step-by-step through the process of creating and distributing surveys as well as how to get the most from the data you retrieve.
Choose from six (6) different answer formats available or combine as needed for maximum flexibility.
Formats include True/False, Yes/No, Multiple Choice, Multiple Check, Multiple Rank and Short Answer.

Template Manager

Save time and money by using any of our pre-configured surveys from the template library.
Modify an existing survey or create a new survey to meet your specific needs.

Flexible Survey Delivery

With SurveyTrax, you can distribute surveys through three different channels: e-mail, hard copy or through the SurveyKiosk.
Our SurveyKiosk can be easily launched from a computer lab for protected or anonymous results gathering.
This program is compatible with Microsoft Internet Explorer.

Summary and Analysis

Receive and view survey results immediately or track the results over a specified length of time.
